Cancellation requests within 14 days of the conference will not issue a refund.
No Refunds – Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates.
An alternative to cancellation – Transfer Registration may be transferred to another person from your organisation. Event Services must be advised in writing of the change at least 5 working days prior to the conference.
Transferal between registration types will be allowed up to 1 month prior to the conference. Requests for transferal to a different registration type after that will be denied except in exceptional circumstances. Requests must be notified in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
