ASPIRE 2025 Conference Registration
Standard in-person registration for ASPIRE 2025 is now full!
We’re pleased to offer two new registration options: Overflow Registration and Recording-Only Registration.
Sensory-friendly Registration is still available.

- Main lecture theatre for Opening, Keynote, Student Voice, and Closing session
- Your choice for 1 Learn Like Lightning Stream
- Your choice of 2 workshops
- Full day catering
- Post-event social function
- Recordings will be available on-demand for one month after the conference.
Overflow Registration
- Overflow attendees will join us in a separate lecture theatre, where our keynote and main sessions will be live-streamed in real time. (This is a different space from the sensory-friendly room)
- Your choice of 1 Learn Like Lightning stream
- Your choice of 2 workshops
- Full day catering
- Post-event social function
- Recordings will be available on-demand for one month after the conference.

NEW FOR ASPIRE 2025
Sensory-friendly Registration :
Designed for those who prefer a quieter, less stimulating environment, this space will offer an alternative to the main lecture theatre, including live-streaming of our keynote speaker and main sessions in real-time.
Delegates who select this registration type can still participate in workshops, networking, and breaks alongside attendees from all sessions offering a conference experience which is more accessible for you.
Overflow Registration :
Overflow attendees will join us in a separate lecture theatre, where our keynote and main sessions will be live-streamed in real time. This is a different space from the sensory-friendly room.
As an overflow attendee, you will still:
- Participate in your selected workshops and LLL stream
- Join in networking opportunities
- Enjoy morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea alongside all other attendees
We’ve designed this option to ensure you’re still part of the full ASPIRE 2025 experience.
Recording-Only Registration :
Can’t make it on the day? We’re now offering a Recording-Only Registration, giving you access to key sessions after the event.
Included recordings:
- Opening and Closing sessions
- Keynote by Monique Bradley
- Workshop: Elevate Your Calm: Thriving Through Change and Uncertainty by Lance Burdett
- LLL Streams
Recordings will be available on-demand for one month after the conference.
All attendees with standard, sensory-friendly, or overflow in-person registrations will also receive post-conference access to the same session recordings for one month.
Payment Options
Internal Journal (University of Auckland Staff)
Payment of registration fees is to be made via Internal Journal – An account code, project code and cost centre are required in order for payment to be processed.
Please ensure you have approval from your line manager to attend the conference prior to submitting your registration.
Invoice (Uniservices Staff)
Payment of registration fees is to be made by invoice. Please raise a Purchase order for ASPIRE 2025 registration and send an email to aspireconference@auckland.ac.nz. We will then send an invoice with your purchase order for you to process the payment.
Please ensure you have approval from your line manager to attend the conference prior to submitting your registration.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- To receive a refund, cancellations must be notified in writing by email to aspireconference@auckland.ac.nz.
- Cancellation requests within 14 days of the conference will not be refunded.
- Refunds are not available for no-show delegates for any reason.
- An alternative to cancellation or no-show – Registration may be transferred to another professional staff member. In order to process name tag changes, Event Services must be advised in writing of the change at least 5 working days prior to the conference. Please note, we are unable to process or respond to emails requesting registration changes within 5 days of the event.
- If you need to transfer your registration within 5 days of ASPIRE, please come to the registration desk on the day, or send your delegate with confirmation of the transfer to them (email, Teams or text message)
Special Requirements
Should you have special needs for food or mobility requirements, or have any other special requirements please let us know when you register.
